-St. Gens: a serene chapel with centuries of history, as is verified by literature. A trail leads on to a secret medicinal spring. Mid May the yearly celebrations in honor of Saint Gens take place.

-Avignon: a historical and artistic center, well known for its summer theater festival. The Popes settled in Avignon during the entire 14th century. The Palace of the Popes is
a splendid example of 14th century Gothic architecture

-Sault: Lavender festival in Sault with mny activities in the streets, parades of floats and antique cars, Pottery market.

-Abbaye Notre Dame de Senanque: cistercian abbey of the XIIth century. Founded in 1148, Senanque Abbey is an exceptional witness of primitive cistercian architecture.
The whole XIIth century building is open to visitors.

-Le Barroux: le Barroux with its narrow streets widing up to the 16th century fortified castle, quiet and authentic.

-Gordes (one of the most beautiful villages of France) :
The stone homes are built along the hillside and winding around the Chateau which crowns the village.

-L'Isle sur la Sorgue: peaceful streets shaded by plane trees, with its Provencal outdoor market on Sunday morning and the 200 antique dealers, the largest concentration outside of Paris.

-Roussillon: the small village of Roussillon is famous for its ochre cliffs straked with color from the brightest yellows to the deepest reds.

-Venasque: one of the most beautiful villages in France, built on a rock outcrop and overlooks the Nesque valley and the Carpentras plaines. Beautiful panoramic view onto the Mont Ventoux.

-Mont Ventoux: the "Giant of Provence" culminates at 1912 meters. There is a unique range of flora with mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, green oak, thyme...

Climbing: The Buoux Cliffs. Totally spectacular, a world reference for climbers.
Biking: Mont Ventoux - there are not less than 270 km of mountain bike trails.
Golf: Saumane (8 km)
Kayaking: Fontaine de Vaucluse (10 km)
